Yet, 50% admitted that they don't know how to implement growth mindset across their teams.
In response, PUSH created the Future Minds programme.
Learn. Apply. Reflect. Repeat.
The Future Minds programme goes beyond the learning content delivered in live sessions, taking your people on a journey that connects the dots between session learning and their real-world daily actions.
This creates an opportunity for embedded learning and long-term behavioural change. After all, our programmes are just as much about the process as they are the final outcome.
The programme has been expertly designed in partnership with our in-house psychotherapist, to cultivate the growth mindset.
Each module runs over 4 weeks and to enhance long term behavioural change, offers a perfect fusion of live and digital learning. Their content and order have been carefully considered, starting with a foundational understanding of psychological safety and builds learning across key behaviours.
Not sure you need all 6 modules? Personalise the programme by choosing a minimum of 3 out of the 6 suggested.
In 'psychologically safe' teams, members feel accepted, respected, and more likely to contribute and engage without fear of negative consequences. It builds increased confidence, trust, creativity, wellbeing and performance. In this module, your team will understand how to create safer environments for themselves and others.
When psychological safety is achieved, will you have the skills to take advantage of it? Many people within the workplace fear failure and the perceived consequences, even though it is inevitable that you have to fail to succeed. This module helps to bring awareness to that fear and practical tools to re-frame failure as a step closer to success.
How well do you know your colleagues? Surface-level relationships can only get us so far. To create meaning at work, help colleagues feel psychologically safe and emotionally connected, and to drive productivity, we must spend time understanding our colleagues on a much deeper level.
Communication is a beautiful thing, but some subjects act as elephants in the room. No one wants to tackle them because they seem so uncomfortable. There's nothing worse than things just 'simmering', but if you seize the opportunity, out of a crisis, genuine change can happen. In this module, develop confidence and capabilities around uncomfortable conversations.
Being yourself and speaking up are traits that lead to greater happiness in both your personal and professional life. To do this, you need to build confidence in a safe environment where you can be completely yourself. In this session, we share tips and tricks to build confidence and improve your authenticity, while discussing ways to develop a psychologically safe team culture.
The one constant you can always rely on is change and, in our relentless and ever-evolving world, it is only happening at a more expedient rate! But have you noticed how some people are struck by every eventuality, whereas others seem to sail through life, seemingly unaffected by every turn? This session will teach you how to manage your energy and learn to bend rather than break.
We help forward-thinking companies prepare their people to thrive in this new era of work.
